But in condition like in foto, this car survive less than month, then it get something like russian tuning... Oficialy it was not my fault, so lets think like that Of course thats not finish: Later... After later --> --> The part which i cut out tells about previous owner - he had small accident. --> Scirocco in action and my other toy Porsche 924 turbo --> --> Now front looks like that , i know its sh*t, but its very hard to find kapott in good condition, for paint job i hadnt time. And i cant remove that gay style air catcher, it will comes of with paints... Before month i had a trip from Amsterdam to Kaunas, before poland capital engine gets overheat - first cilinder head camera had something like tunnel with water chanel, so 400km we had ride 40-60km/h totaly 10hours... We put dirty snow from road to water system and thats made heater stuck, heater doesnt work and for next day is another trip Latvia, Estonia, Finland (lapland, rovaniemi) in nght time, even not in garage i had cleand that radiator. Later in Finland when i decide to ride with gasoline (fins are to rich for gaas, or to poor for gaas systems, anyway they don't have gaas), then fuel pomp stopped to give fuel for carb. Valves in pomp doesn't work, so i put one valve from vacum system, and drive like that. Later in lapland i bought new pomp. Ja üks foto behind some kind of Tallinn castle

Yes engine now is in perfect condition, because of water in oil piston rod bearing plates doesn't get oil - that gets water, so i changed piston rod bearing plates, piston rings, all gaskets and many many other small things. But its anyway gay engine for pension age mans if i turn car 90 degrees on the road and pull full gas, wheels spins not because of engine power, but tires doesn't hold car on road, then loose contact and wheels can spin

I would swap, but oficialy in Lithuania i can put engine which has no more than +30% power, that means if my engine is 66kw i can put something like 85kw engine example 2E (golf mk 3, gti), or if i put example that ABA engine, then officially i can't get TA (its like technical side look), and i can be married with that car, because like that i can't rewrite car for another person name. The best way i think would be to use my block (only for number), audi S2 pistons, buy another KR engine (in Lithuania that is cheep - around 120-150eur) use that 16v head, crankshaft, camshafts ant other stuff, put on head some nice turbo, g60 brain and should be perfect. But thats big job, and car needs to stay longer. Thats why i think first older kid porsche needs to bee fixed. Now it has 170hp, but its built in 1979, turbocharger from these times is shit K26 - cold side of this is smal, as i had seen more it make air hot, than gives power + he don't have intercooler, i want to put another turbo from saab. In summer i come back to Lithuania (now i stay in Holland) with gasket set for all engine and other stuff, and then gonna do something. That should be in last month, but scirocco die in poland, so that sucks And i have stupid question: do in Estonia you need to pay tax for roads, or something like everyone who has car pay example 100eur for years?

Head is lovered only 0.16mm, spark plugs is original NGK BUR6ET, now i put BP7ES (colder) and engine does same still. That happens when i pull gas till 3000rpm, hold pedal in same position and then turn ignition off. So this detonation can't be problem of bad ignition timing, or vacuum lines, because ignition is of and spark plugs doesn't spark.

As i remember i took this part from other carb just 1.6liter, my old one was plastic, other aliuminium so i put this. Can you explain whats happen inside of carb when that part doesn't work?

Before X days finally i removed that ugly air cacher, that was glued only with strong silicone




And ugly exhaust rear side, which is made by style kaks on parem kui üks. But that another makes to much noise so exhaust system is still not done.








And the newest thing, another passenger side window, before i thought even in Lithuania can't happen like that for car like this.... But that was in Holland





I already get other window, (it wasn't so simply in Holland) - i got that from netherlands scirocco forum owner , and also bought the small same side window, my old one was not tinted, but all others are tinted. So now i need fix exhaust, and replace red painted parts to original black in the interior, and i think remove white strips and polish all car

the exhaust looked really very "special" , glad you got that sorted out.Also i think its a good idea to remove the white stripes.After all , its not a Dodge Viper.
